Pre-paid phone cards basically work the exactly the same way as
shopping discount cards and pizza cards. Keep in mind, there are variations in per minute calling rates and
access fees. So sending a little time comparing rates and plans is a food idea if you wish to maximize
value for your supporters. If the bulk of your supporters have children or family living abroad, or have
